It means that everyone will make their hair that kind of style. She is laying on bed, taking selfie, making mustache with her hair and taking selfie. Sitting on the windows and holding the curtain and with the peace symbol from finger, she is taking selfie of her. She is also trying to be a pregnant by putting some stuff inside her t-shirt. And posing in the mirror by saying “Baby”. She is even cleaning dishes, but after few seconds she take her phone and start to take selfie inside the kitchen.
